Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We ship community matchday supplies across the United Kingdom by tracked carrier. Once an order is picked and packed at our Blyth shelf, you will receive tracking details by email. Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, though coastal weather and carrier volumes can occasionally add a day.
Larger items such as the Kit Crate ship flat-packed to keep carriage sensible. Matchday sets are assembled to order and may leave the shelf a day later than single lines.
Order totals & payment
Every price on this site is quoted in USD ($). Online checkout is currently payment provider pending, so no card details are taken through the site yet. To place an order now, email support@nesport.shop with the lines or set you need and we will confirm the USD total, shipping cost and dispatch date before anything is sent.
Returns
Unused supplies in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@nesport.shop with your order details and we will share the return address and next steps.
- Items must be unused and in resaleable condition.
- Return postage is arranged with you when you get in touch.
- Refunds are issued in USD to the original order once received.
Damaged or wrong items
If a supply arrives damaged or an order is not right, email us within 14 days of delivery. Send a short note of what happened and, where you can, a photo — we will replace the item or arrange a refund in USD.
